Shopping Information

Shipping Information

Orders are processed within1–2 business days and shipped via standard delivery, which typically takes 3–5 business days .A $10 flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders under $150. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Returns & Store Credit

Online Orders: Returns for store credit or exchange are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your packing slip or email confirmation inside your return package. In-Store Purchases: Returns for store credit or exchange are accepted within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt.

Order Processing & Tracking

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours, please allow additional time or contact our customer service team for assistance.

In-Store vs Online Purchases

Please note that return and exchange policies differ for online and in-store purchases. Be sure to review the applicable policy based on how your item was purchased. Please note that online promotions and in-store promotions may vary. Discounts, pricing, and offers available online are not always valid in-store, and in-store promotions may differ from those offered online.

Product Care Instructions

To keep your garments looking their best, please follow the care instructions listed on each item’s label. Proper care helps maintain quality, fit, and longevity.

Promotions & Discounts

Promotions, discounts, and promo codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one promo code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Sale and promotional items may be final sale and not eligible for return.

Order Issues & Support

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Backorders & Pre-Orders

If an item is on backorder or available for pre-order, estimated shipping timelines will be noted on the product page. Shipping dates are subject to change.

Accepted Payment Methods Include: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Payments, Gift cards and store credit (where applicable).Your payment information is encrypted and protected at all times. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully authorized. Authorization & Verification

All orders are subject to payment authorization and verification. Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be verified.

Failed or Declined Payments

Gift Cards & Store Credit Use

Gift cards and store credit may be redeemed at checkout and cannot be exchanged for cash. All gift cards and store credit are valid for one (1) year from the date they are issued. Any unused balance will expire after this period.

Chargeback Protection

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in order cancellation and account restrictions.

Store Credit

We gladly offer store credit or exchanges on eligible items. Online orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange—please include your packing slip or email confirmation with your return. In-store purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. All items must be returned in original condition.

How to Send Back an Online Order

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you are requesting an exchange, customers are also responsible for any re-shipping fees to send the exchanged item.
